About
The analyst, without the salary.
Built inside real businesses in the Philippines. It reads your book after you close, and you read its notes before you open.
What it holds to
Three rules it keeps.
Every number checked.
Each figure is worked out from your entries, then checked against them.

Checked: expenses for September
Nothing made up.
When the book doesn’t say, neither does it. It tells you what it can’t see.
Where does my money go each month?
Your monthly money picture is incomplete because item costs are missing.
- For Aug 29–Sep 27, sales were ₱159,050 and operating expenses were ₱83,260.
- I can’t show gross profit or what was left after all costs because the cost of each item and how many you sold aren’t available.
Checked: money map · each one would leave you

Why it exists.
Every small business I’ve built software for kept good records. Sales went into a notebook or a till, expenses into a spreadsheet, receipts into a drawer. Almost nobody had the time to read them back.
That’s an analyst’s job, and an analyst costs a salary. So Evelyst does the reading, for the price of a subscription. It works every figure out from your own entries, keeps every entry where you can see it, and says plainly what it can’t see.
It isn’t finished. What it can’t do yet is written on this site, and What’s new lists every change by date. If something’s wrong or missing, write to me at hello@evelyst.com. I read every message myself.
